What I Ate for Lunch Today

2 C Spinach

3 oz. cooked chicken

2 T bacon bits

1 T goat cheese

2 T pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

1/2 Jonagold apple, cut into pieces

Brianna’s (or Publix) poppyseed dressing

 

Heaven in a dish.
